Company Policy.
Effective June 13, 2014 the company will have a new policy on smoking at work.  A designated smoking area will be located at the back of the building near the picnic table.  Smoking will only be allowed during your lunch and 15 minute breaks.  The new policy is to focus on improving production levels by having employees at their work stations being productive.  If the new policy is not followed other actions will be taken which could eliminate smoking on company property all together.  I am open for suggestions and feedback to make this a smooth transition. I would like to make this policy fair to all the smokers and non-smokers.
