New Procedures.
It has come to our attention that people are taking advantage of the time clock procedure.  When clocking in for work it is recommended that you clock in a few minutes early in order to get to your work station and be ready to answer phones when your shift starts.  For example, if your shift starts at 8 am you should not be punching the time clock at 8 since you should already be at your desk ready to take calls at 8.  The procedure go the same way at the end of your shift.  If you are working until 4 you should not be punching out right at 4 since it takes at least five minutes to shut your computer down for the night. If everyone follows this procedure it can take the stress off other employees who are already following these procedures.  If there are any questions or concerns about this procedure please use the open door policy or post comments here.
